Though they produce a wide variety of vegetables, consumer demand has led Anselmo Farms to focus primarily on garlic cultivation. They now grow over 60 varieties, priding themselves in providing large, robust bulbs of gourmet quality. Their careful size selection ensures that all Anselmo garlic makes excellent planting stock, ideal for home growing and use in the kitchen.
