Become a Customer

Discovery Organics supplies hundreds of retailers, restaurants, deli bakeries and buying clubs across Western Canada and the North. If you’d like to become a customer, please fill out this FORM and send it to accounts.receivable@discoveryorganics.ca  

OFFICE HOURS:  We answer our phones from 6:30 am to 4pm daily with the exception of Christmas Day.

DELIVERY DAYS: We deliver daily in the Vancouver area. If outside of Metro Vancouver, please inquire for delivery days.

ORDER MINIMUMS: Our minimum for delivery to a retailer is $300 and our minimum for delivery to a residence is $300 + $35 residential delivery fee. For orders outside the Vancouver area, please ask.

PRICING: New price lists are issued on Wednesdays and Fridays.

PAYMENT: If you’d like to pay by Credit Card, please fill in the Credit card payment authorization form and send it to accounts.receivable@discoveryorganics.ca

FREIGHT CLAIMS: If your shipment has been damaged in transit, or refrigerated product has been frozen or not shipped cooled, your claim MUST be noted on all copies of the shipping waybill.  Freight claims cannot be honoured without this accompanying documentation.

PRODUCE CLAIMS: If you are not happy with your produce, we will accept claims for the un-usable portion within 24 hours of receiving.  Merchandise sold at a discount, as #2, culls, juice grade or “C” grade are sold “as is”. please fill out this CLAIM FORM and send it to claims@discoveryorganics.ca

GROCERY & BULK CLAIMS: If you have received something in error, or have been short shipped, claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt.  Merchandise being claimed will be credited when the goods are returned.
